HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE: For the safety of our staff and our patients that you (the patient) answer these questions to the best of your ability.

1.Are you experiencing any of the following: a fever, a new cough, a worsening chronic cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?

2.Have you had close contact with anyone with acute respiratory illness in the past 14 days?

3.Do you have 2 or more of the following symptoms: Sore throat, runny nose/sneezing, nasal congestion, hoarse voice, difficulty swallowing, decrease or loss of sense of smell, chills, headaches, unexplained fatigue/malaise, diarrhea, abdominal pain, or nausea/vomiting?

4.If you are over 65 years of age are you experiencing any of the following: delirium, falls, acute functional decline, or worsening of chronic conditions?

If the response to any of the screening questions is yes, you cannot have a massage therapy treatment at this time. Call 811, go to https://bc.thrive.health/ or contact your physician for further guidance and advice. You can reschedule later after you are safe to be treated.

CLINIC ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: We are continuing to limit the front counter/waiting room to one client at a time. In order to facilitate this when arriving at the clinic, please remain in your vehicle or wait outside as the clinic door will be locked, until we call, text or come and get you to start your massage. 

Upon entry into the clinic (and prior to leaving) please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer at the station by the front door (where the water cooler used to be).

ENHANCED CLEANING AND DISINFECTING: Comprehensive cleaning/disinfecting procedures and protocols are in place to ensure a low risk environment for your and our safety. We are currently using Oxygenic for cleaning/disinfecting, which is an ecological green disinfectant that was developed to combine the power of peroxide with biodegradable emulsifying detergents to provide fantastic cleaning and deodorizing results.
